Very challenging classes that are based on teamwork but with different level of difficulty depending on your experience. In my opinion this is the best way to achieve best results. The student are all super supportive. Its a great feeling to go to a work out class and have so much fun and so many laughs all while challenging yourself to do what once seemed impossible.
